HISTORIC OF SURGICAL ROBOTIC

The Logic of the invention

and

a time metrological consecution from the invention  -  the referential ones - Uranometric - , the Time we live physiologically .

 

1956 in France : the open hearts technique is created by

Professor Boris Rybak to account for

intra-cardiac phenomena (valves-movement, septum role, etc…) which were not scientifically defined. The net result was its discovery of the heart automaticity mechanisms ;

on the biophysical ground : display of the cardinal effect of mechanical extension of muscular fibers when diastole occurs, which is no more the classical so-called "relaxation phase" but the impulse of the following systole. 
on the biochemical ground : display of the intervention during this diastolic stretch of cAMP (Proc.Can.Fed.Biol. ,may 1973,16,58)

Now, in1959, Boris Rybak created the Robotic surgery mainly with the heart and laparotomy (Radio-Chirurgie, Comptes rendus de la Société de Biologie , , déc. 1959, 153, n°12, 1960) and, since1965, Boris Rybak created catheterizable physico-chemical sensors -P02, pH, HHb/Hb02, P by topoelectronics-notably operating by remote control .(Instrumental Methods for Minimum interference Physiology ,Trans NYAcSc ,33,4,37,1971).

The open heart and robotic surgery techniques have already permitted to save several tens thousands of persons.

 

Then, distance and duration are deeply concerned, resulting , after a long lasting metrological effort, into the proposal by Boris Rybak of an algorithm for Time generation , the first one so far (From 1998 tele-medicine to 1959 radio-surgery, Biométrie humaine et Anthropologie , 1998, 16, 3-4, 167) English translation of the section, p. 169 :

…evaluation of Space as the active component of Time, which represents the reactive component (thus, briefly, the tropic year : the numerator is the part 32899849 of (p ar/sin 1°) 3600, the denominator is 90°0013338615 coming from ( p ar/sin 0°4999989359) / 4 ; the operation gives

the exact value 365d 5h 48mn 46s 01.

 

In 1999 Boris Rybak published more detailed calculus including the process for the anomalistic year (Biometrie humaine et Anthropologie 17, 3-4 , 91 Metrology and Time , archived in http://www.arxiv.org /physics/0005006  ).

 

Thus is established the equations of Time's generation , i-e the referential ones - Uranometric - , the Time we live physiologically .

CALCUL DU TEMPS     TIME CALCULUS    1998

Communique -
UNE IMPORTANTE DECOUVERTE SUR CE QU ' EST LE TEMPS.

     En se fondant sur la relation qu il a établie PI arithmetique divisé par sinus 1 -

dont il a parlé ici en juillet 1997 - le professeur BORIS RYBAK de la Sorbonne vient

de trouver le CALCUL pour obtenir , ce qui n ' est qu' OBSERVE jusqu ' a present ,

la durée exacte d une annee - i-e la valeur du temps :

                                 365 jours 5 heures 48 minutes 46 secondes.
     La portee de cette decouverte, qui a demande des annees d ' effort à son auteur ,

touche l ' Astronomie bien sur, mais aussi la Physique théorique et la Physique appliquee

dans tous les domaines de la mesure donc de la haute précision numerique

( GPS , Global positionning system , calculette , etc.. ).
     Et puis il est bon de savoir , pour tout le monde , d ' ou vient le Temps.
