To whom it concerns Professor RYBAK demonstrated a grave anomaly concerning the trigonometric keys on computers and mini scientific calculators. This anomaly comes from the widespread use of an old software which turns out to be largely erroneous.

In the case of the SINUS function notably , after the 5th decimal the results become incoherent from a mathematical point of view. and do not respect the functionnality any more; for instance , the PI value obtained through computer calculation is particularly incorrect.

Those calculators which claim to give values (and which are used for major scientific calculations) until the 12 th decimal for example give results which are wrong and unrelated to the mathematical formulation ( which is important in astrophysics and elementary particules).

It is advisable to take very seriously Professor RYBAK's will to launch the manufacture and the distribution of calculators giving exact results (which involves neither theoretical difficulty nor complex algorithms).

A ceux que cela concerne

Le Professeur BORIS RYBAK a mis en evidence sur les ordinateurs
et les calculatrices scientifiques une anomalie grave concernant les
touches trigonometriques .
       Cette anomalie provient de l'usage generalisé d un logiciel ancien 
qui se trouve largement errone.
       Dans le cas de la fonction SINUS notamment  , a partir de la 5eme
decimale, les resultats deviennent incoherents du point de vue
mathematique et ne respectent plus la fonctionnalite;
par exemple la valeur de PI obtenue par calcul informatique ,
est particulierement incorrecte.
       Ces calculateurs pretendant donner des valeurs
(et utilisees pour des calculs scientifiquement importants)
 jusqu'a  par exemple la douzieme decimale , donnent des      resultats faux 
et non en correlation avec la formulation mathematique
(importance en Astrophysique et Particule elementaires)

       Il convient de prendre tres au serieux la  volonte du Professeur
BORIS RYBAK de faire fabriquer et diffuser des calculateurs donnant
des resultats exacts(ce qui ne presente pas de difficultes theoriques,
ni d' algorithmes complexes)
